Many people choose a Real Estate Agent because he or she is a personal friend. Of course, this was tempting to us as well. However, even though we did not know Tammy, we could not ignore her exceptional reputation in Rockwood. From the moment we met Tammy, we felt we were under the care of someone who was more than just your average Real Estate Agent. She was friendly and encouraging, but professional and upfront about what needed to be done to get the best price for our home. She was honest with us about the optimal time to sell. Rather than pushing us to list immediately just to get our business, she encouraged us to hold off for a couple of months. Each step of the process – buying, selling and even settling-in to our new home, Tammy was continually available and went above and beyond anything we had ever experienced with other Real Estate Agents. Despite the fact that the home we were selling was an inexpensive, starter home, we noticed that Tammy treated us and our home the same way she did her high-end properties. With a large family including many young children, Tammy understood it was important to use to sell quickly without compromising on our price and she worked hard to make this happen. I couldn't be happier with my home; the experience has been excellent. Tammy was a knowledgeable salesperson. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful without making me feel pressured. It's just such a lovely home; I'm thrilled with it. It's open; it's bright; I'm thrilled with the quality of the workmanship, both with the materials used in things like the hardwood floors and the cabinets and with the extras included like the colonial trim around the doors and windows. After my one-year inspection, the work on the few minor items that needed attention was done in good time. I love the neighbourhood. The porches are all at the front and you get to know all the neighbours. Everybody is out walking and when you're sitting on the porch or working in your garden everybody stops and says hi. It's been a good experience all round.

We just completed the sale of our home and the purchase of a new property. Tammy Samuels acted on our behalf for both transactions - she was FABULOUS! Tammy took the time to understand our wants, needs and our budget and found the ideal home for our family. No amount of MLS searching by my wife could match Tammy's deep knowledge of local markets or the connections and relationships she has built in the community. When it came time to sell our house, her experience and advise is hard to do justice with words. It was off season and we did experience some extremely unique issues with a few purchasers.
